In terms of material selection, we select nylon resin with excellent high or low temperature resistance as the inner layer material of the hose. These specially formulated nylon resins can maintain stable physical and chemical properties in high or low temperature environments, and are not easily softened, brittle, or decomposed. At the same time, we further optimized the performance of the resin at extreme temperatures by adjusting its molecular structure and the types and contents of additives.
Secondly, in the design of the weaving layer, we have also fully considered the influence of temperature factors. By increasing the density and number of layers of the woven layer, improving the strength and toughness of the woven fibers, we can enhance the overall compressive and deformation resistance of the hose, thereby improving its high or low temperature resistance to a certain extent. In addition, we will also choose woven fiber materials with better high or low temperature resistance, such as certain special synthetic fibers or metal wires, to further enhance the temperature adaptability of the hose.
In addition to measures related to materials and design, we also pay attention to temperature control during the production process. When producing in high temperature environments, we take cooling measures to reduce the temperature in the production workshop and avoid performance changes in nylon materials due to overheating. When produced in low-temperature environments, heating and insulation measures will be taken to ensure the normal processing performance of the material.
In addition, to verify the actual performance of the product in extreme temperature environments, we also conduct rigorous temperature testing. These tests include high-temperature aging tests, low-temperature brittleness tests, etc., which evaluate the performance stability and service life of hoses by simulating extreme temperature conditions.
